Business Development Manager - Construction (London & South East)
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help secure major construction projects across London and the South East, working with a well-established main contractor.
You’ll focus on work-winning - generating and developing opportunities, building relationships with developer-side stakeholders, and shaping bid strategy for large-scale schemes across sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Education.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven BD/work-winning experience in UK construction
- Background with a main contractor in a similar role
- Strong network with development organisations and key market stakeholders
- Bid/tender process experience for major projects
- Track record of winning high-value projects (circa £70m+) Able to work on-site in London / South East as needed
