Description
The Pharmacist Network is seeking highly motivated clinical pharmacists to join our onsite clinical team in a permanent role. Independent Prescribers with primary care experience are encouraged to apply.
You will support GP practices using EMIS and System1 to perform medicines optimization, conduct structured medication reviews, manage acute and repeat prescriptions, and contribute to patient safety across the PCN.
