IM & CI Windell is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager / Skilled Arable Operator to join a family-run arable and mixed farm near Badminton, on the Gloucestershire/Wiltshire border. The role covers leadership of seasonal staff and day-to-day site management across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will oversee grain and maize drilling, spraying, relief combine driving, and beef cattle husbandry, with access to a modern fleet of machinery.
