Circle Health Group in Winchester is seeking a Sister - Charge Nurse to lead the ward team, provide senior clinical support, and ensure safe staffing and patient flow. This full-time position covers 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be an NMC-registered Adult Nurse with significant post-registration experience in acute care, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of patient care.
