Field-Based Quality & Compliance Lead – Adult Social Care

Compass Associates is partnering with a specialist provider of adult learning disability and autism services to appoint a Quality and Compliance Lead. The role covers London, Bedfordshire, Brighton and Bexhill, with a base in Enfield and occasional home working.

You will lead audits, drive quality improvements, and report on performance, working with the Service Director and a multidisciplinary team to sustain the organisation's outstanding standards.
