HUD Compliance Specialist — Resident Records & Reexams

Schochet is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join the Compliance Team at our corporate office in Braintree. The role focuses on HUD compliance, Section 8, and Tax Credit programs, with emphasis on accurate documentation and record-keeping.

You will verify tenant information, perform reexaminations, and maintain logs, ensuring files are current and compliant. Light travel may be required; in-person work five days a week.
