Quince is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to raise the bar on how we coordinate hiring at scale. This role owns interview coordination, exercises independent judgment to solve complex problems, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience for our most complex searches.
You will design and improve coordination processes, own offer letter governance, administer recruiting systems, interpret policies, and influence the work of our recruiting coordinator team.
