Senior HR Advisor - ER, Change & Learning (Hybrid)

BCA UK is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to deliver expert HR services to a large Group Support Function. You will advise managers under UK employment law, coach senior leaders, and collaborate across UK and Portugal to align HR practices with business goals.

You will support organisational change, lead ER activities, and contribute to wellbeing, talent and succession initiatives. The role is hybrid with travel to Hampshire, Midlands and London offices.
