Gogo is hiring a Technical Support Specialist in the UK, Farnborough area. You will deliver remote and onsite support for inflight connectivity systems, work with customers, OEMs, and partners across satellite, air-to-ground, and related networks.
Strong diagnostic and customer-facing skills are essential in a fast-paced aviation tech environment. Bachelor’s in a STEM field or equivalent experience, 1–2 years in technical support, and knowledge of IP networking and Cisco devices are required.
