Description
The Soft Services Lead at EMCOR UK in Scarborough, Yorkshire, is responsible for overseeing all soft Facilities Management services across one or more sites. You will manage service delivery, people, safety, and sustainability, ensuring high standards for cleaning, catering, waste, and reception.
You’ll lead a team of Cleaning Operatives, Facilities Assistants, Hospitality Assistants and Reception staff, and collaborate with the wider Site FM team.
