WatchHouse is seeking a Senior Barista to lead the bar team and ensure exceptional quality of drinks. Working alongside the Head Barista, you will educate and inspire the team, maintain equipment, and deliver outstanding hospitality to grow our guest base.
You will collaborate with the House Manager, uphold WatchHouse standards, and drive culture through training, teamwork, and a passion for specialty coffee and food.
