Description
NHS Highland's Nairn Integrated Health and Social Care Team is seeking a Band 5 Nurse to join our ward for 34.5 hours per week on a fixed-term basis of 6 months. The post supports a seven-day service with three shifts per week (3 x 11.5), subject to change.
The ward provides care for a wide range of conditions in a 16-bed unit, focusing on self-care, independence and timely discharge, while delivering palliative and end-of-life care in partnership with the wider Primary Health and Social Care
