The Sporting Globe is seeking experienced Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties to join our Melbourne kitchen team. You will manage high-volume service, maintain food quality and kitchen hygiene, and lead sections in coordination with the Head Chef.
Requirements include a Diploma or 2-3 years of relevant experience, working rights, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced venue. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year with bonus opportunities.
