Veterans Housing & Reintegration Case Manager

The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a dedicated Veterans Case Manager for the Housing Pathways Program Prisons. Based on-site in Sunshine, VIC, you will provide compassionate, person-centred case management to veterans at risk of homelessness, connecting them with housing and community resources to support reintegration.

This is a fixed-term full-time role contracted for 12 months, with travel to prisons and community settings as needed.
