Responsibilities
- Act as SME for EAM processes and IBM Maximo platform.
- Lead requirement gathering, gap‑fit analysis, and solution design.
- Configure and optimize Maximo modules (Assets, Work, PM, Inventory, Procurement, SR).
- Design and review customizations, automation scripts, workflows, and escalations.
- Lead Maximo integrations using MIF, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ensure performance tuning, system stability, and scalability.
- Drive security design, access control, and compliance.
- Support Maximo upgrades and MAS migration initiatives.
- Handle L3 production support and critical incident resolution.
- Mentor team members and enforce development and configuration standards.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors for successful delivery.
- Maintain solution documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Mandatory Experience
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in IBM Maximo in a techno‑functional role.
- Strong expertise in Maximo 7.6.x and MAS with deep understanding of EAM business processes.
- Proven experience in Maximo configuration, customizations, automation scripts, workflows, and escalations.
- Hands‑on experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) including REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience in production support, performance tuning, and critical issue resolution.
