The Position
- Manage a modest sized portfolio of commercial properties all within the Mornington Peninsula
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs ensuring compliance with legislation
- Conduct property inspections
- Arrears management and rent increases
- Liaising and maintaining strong relationships with landlords & tenants

What we are looking for...
- A minimum of 12 months experience in commercial property management
- Current Victorian real estate licence
- Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
- Strong organisation & time management
- A strong and efficient communicator
- Professional personal presentation
