Strategic Change Practitioner — Transform & Engage Stakeholders

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care – Camberwell VIC is seeking a motivated Change Practitioner to join our People Strategy, Projects & Change team on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract.
