Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking an experienced and motivated counter salesperson to join the team in our Mundaring Branch – WA. You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning and career minded.
Duties
- Assisting with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone
- Counter sales including customer development
- Follow up and providing notification of outstanding orders
- Maintaining a professional store presentation
- Assisting with receipt and dispatch of products
- Pick, pack and delivery of orders to customers
- Stock management including purchasing / inventory management
- Raising quotations and quotation follow-up
- Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills and Attributes
- Electrical wholesale experience desirable
- Competent PC skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Customer Service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to learn new skills
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening and agree to a National Criminal History Check.
