Internal Phone Sales / Parts Interpreter

Motorcycle Industry – Yatala, QLD (Halfway between Brisbane and Gold Coast)

Full-time | Monday to Friday

A1 Accessory Imports is a family-owned Australian distributor that has supported the motorcycle and powersports industry for almost 40 years. We have recently relocated to a brand-new 5000sqm purpose-built facility in Yatala and are continuing to grow.

We proudly represent a premium portfolio of performance and hard-parts brands including Motorex, Maxxis, Yoshimura, SW-Motech, Wiseco, K&N, All Balls, Twin Air, Optimate, Motion Pro, EK Chains, Supersprox and more.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our internal sales team and provide exceptional service to dealerships nationwide.

Role Responsibilities

• Professionally manage inbound phone, email and B2B portal enquiries from motorcycle dealerships across Australia
• Interpret parts and provide accurate product and fitment advice to customers
• Process orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain fitment data and product applications within our industry leading B2B portal
• Contribute to a small, supportive, high-performing team with a strong service culture
• Assist with additional tasks as needed within the sales and operations environment

Skills & Experience

• Motorcycle spare parts / dealership sales experience is essential
• Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles and the motorcycle aftermarket
• Excellent communication and phone-based customer service skills
• High attention to detail with strong order accuracy
• Reliable, positive attitude and a genuine passion for the motorcycle industry
