AGL Energy is seeking a Telephony Operations Delivery Analyst to optimize our CCaaS platforms, including Amazon Connect, IVR and dialler integrations. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and drive analytics to support customer outcomes and agent efficiency.
In this hybrid role, you’ll own reporting KPIs, develop insights with SQL, Excel and Power BI, and lead end-to-end CCaaS migration activities with strong governance and stakeholder coordination.
