BUSY Group seeks a Mentor for Workforce Australia GEN Contract to deliver pre-employment support, assess barriers, and guide customers toward sustainable work or education. The role is based at Beenleigh Office, full-time, fixed term to June 2027, 8:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
You will create action plans, motivate clients, and maintain ongoing support while coordinating community education workshops and documenting progress for compliance.
