Position Overview
Fulton Hogan is hiring a Road Worker based in our Bendigo depot to support ongoing road construction, maintenance and resurfacing works across the Loddon Mallee Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake vegetation control, graffiti removal, pothole repairs and sign maintenance.
- Operate mobile plant and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Carry out road construction and maintenance works near live traffic in a safe manner.
- Participate in toolbox meetings and daily pre‑starts.
- Complete risk assessments and project‑specific data capture/documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in infrastructure maintenance beneficial.
- Hold a Construction Induction Card (White card).
- Hold a Basic Worksite Traffic Management Ticket (desirable).
- Hold any valid tickets for your relevant area of expertise.
- Hold a Medium rigid truck licence.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable for a multitude of tasks.
- Availability to work overtime and call‑out work (day, night, weekends).
- Strong team player, reliable and hard‑working.

Pre‑Employment Process
