The Client Intake Coordinator at St Jude’s Health Care Group in West Perth will welcome prospective and new NDIS participants, guiding them from initial enquiry to service commencement with a friendly, professional approach.
You will build relationships with participants, families, carers and support coordinators, coordinate the end-to-end onboarding, maintain accurate records, and promote services at community events to expand our participant network in the Perth region.
