Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Mother Baby to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
Provide couplet care for post-partum patients, including routine assessments and interventions.
Administer CPAP/BiPAP, blood products, and other critical interventions as needed.
Monitor and manage patients in the transition nursery and assist in low risk antepartum care.
Participate in deliveries and provide support to NICU or labor and delivery units when required.
Use and manage specialized equipment, including epidural pumps and syringe pumps.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical guidelines and standards.
Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in a related field.
Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
Prior experience with post-operative and OB-GYN care is necessary.
Ability to float to NICU or labor and delivery as needed.
Experience with cooling/warming blankets and administering magnesium sulfate.
Ability to work weekends and meet staffing needs as required.
