Worthy Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our growing Kalgoorlie team. This residential role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of light vehicles, 4WDs and mine-site support vehicles across our modern workshop and local client sites, while enjoying the benefit of being home every night.

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs on light vehicles and 4WD fleets
- Tough Dog Suspension and GVM installs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Carry out engine, transmission, suspension, steering and brake repairs
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
- Complete accurate service reports and maintenance documentation
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and workplace safety
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet operational requirements
What You'll Need
- Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic (Australian recognised)
- Experience servicing and repairing light vehicles and 4WDs
- Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
- Experience working on mine‑site support vehicles is advantageous but not essential
- Current C Class Driver's Licence (Manual required)
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Positive attitude, reliability and a strong commitment to safety
