LivEasy Care is seeking two compassionate and confident Team Leaders to guide our support team and ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care for our participants in Atwell (Male or Female) and Lakelands (Female Only).

About the Role

This hands‑on leadership position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting both participants and staff. You will oversee daily operations, provide guidance to support workers, and ensure services run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for participant rights, dignity, and choice
• Support participants with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access
• Facilitate social, recreational, and community‑based activities
• Monitor participant wellbeing and elevate concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and incident reports
• Collaborate with allied health professionals to implement support plans
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to support staff
• Manage rosters, shift coverage, and day‑to‑day staff issues
• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for participants and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
• Experience providing person‑centred support to people with disabilities
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to participant wellbeing
• Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and valid driver’s licence
