Your role as a Personal Banker is to deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers’ end‑to‑end banking needs. You’ll assist customers with enquiries, educate them about our online platforms, and recommend products and services that best suit their needs.

  • Deliver win‑win solutions for the bank and its customers.
  • Develop an expert understanding of customers’ current and future goals and design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Keep up with constant change and educate customers on digital literacy and online banking.
  • Guide customers through personalised lending solutions, including tailored personal loans and credit card options.
  • Be a lifelong learner and pursue on‑the‑job training and other learning opportunities.
  • Build connections and support the community while enjoying a fun work environment.

This is a permanent, part-time position located in Bunbury. The roster is 70 hours per fortnight – Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 4.15 pm.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers’ needs.
  • Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
  • The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different.
  • Drive for collaboration – mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
  • Experience in consumer lending – a plus but not essential.
