About the Role
- This is a hands-on sales role for someone who loves winning new business.
- Through our growing Hosemart franchise network, you'll have access to a strong existing customer base and established industry relationships. However, we're looking for a true hunter—someone who thrives on opening new doors, identifying opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
- Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll develop new business opportunities, strengthen key accounts, and play a pivotal role in expanding the MASTERHOSE brand throughout Australia while supporting our international growth strategy.
- You'll be representing a company that manufactures its own products, carries substantial inventory, and has built a reputation on reliability. At MASTERHOSE, when we make a promise, we deliver. About You
- Extensive experience in the hydraulic hose and fittings industry
- A proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic hose, fittings and fluid transfer products
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills
- A highly motivated, self-driven and results-focused attitude
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
