About the Role

The Manager, Proposals Quality and Enablement is responsible for driving the quality, consistency and effectiveness of the firm’s bids and proposal function. Reporting to the Head of Proposal Strategy, the role leads the development of proposal standards, tools, templates, content and training that enable teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the firm’s Proposals Centre of Excellence.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance proposal frameworks, standards, templates and guidance materials.
  • Own and manage the proposal content library, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant and accessible.
  • Establish and promote proposal quality assurance processes and best practice methodologies.
  • Design and deliver training, coaching and capability-building initiatives for proposal teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance proposal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor adoption of proposal standards and drive consistency across the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to support high-quality, client-centric proposal delivery.
  • Analyse proposal outcomes and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Head of Proposal Strategy in the ongoing development of the proposals function.

  • Excellent written communication and editing skills.

  • Experience developing proposal frameworks and processes.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
