Description
The Opportunity
Education and government across Australia and New Zealand are being reshaped by AI, shifting learner expectations, tighter budgets, and an urgent need to build future‑ready digital skills. Few moments have offered institutions more at stake - or more to gain. We’re seeking a strategic, consultative ANZ Education Specialist to partner with Adobe’s most important Education and Public Sector customers. Working alongside our Account Executives, you’ll help institutions get more from Adobe and advance their digital, creative and AI ambitions. This overlay role spans Higher Education, K-12 and Public Sector. You’ll build trusted relationships with institutional and government leaders, help shape strategic account plans, lead executive conversations on AI and transformation, and help customers turn Adobe into lasting impact across staff, students and services. Across Adobe’s Creativity, Productivity and AI portfolio, you’ll help surface new opportunities, deepen executive engagement, support Creative Campus initiatives, and position Adobe at the centre of the region’s most ambitious transformation programmes.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to strengthen Adobe’s strategic relationships and support long‑term growth across ANZ Education and Public Sector.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders — Vice‑Chancellors, DVCs, CIOs, Chief Digital Officers, Deans, school system leaders and ministry stakeholders — and lead conversations on AI readiness, transformation, employability and the future of education.
- Support the development of strategic account plans that align customer priorities with Adobe’s vision for creativity, digital literacy, AI adoption and student success.
- Help surface opportunities to expand Adobe’s impact — new stakeholders, use cases and growth motions, including Greenfield, renewal and mid‑cycle.
- Support Creative Campus initiatives and help position flagship institutions for Innovator Status Creative Campus recognition.
- Help position Adobe’s Creativity, Productivity and AI portfolio — Creative Cloud Pro Plus, Acrobat Studio, Firefly and AI Assistant — as central to institutional transformation goals.
- Develop compelling business cases and value frameworks that demonstrate impact on student outcomes, staff productivity, operational efficiency and workforce readiness.
- Act as a strategic connector across Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Marketing, License Advisory and Partners to accelerate outcomes and support growth.
- Serve as a strategic voice of the customer, bringing insights and market trends back into Adobe, and support thought leadership across conferences, executive forums, customer events and sector engagements.
What You Need To Succeed
- Experience in Education, Public Sector, technology, EdTech or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to build executive relationships, navigate complex organisations and influence without direct authority.
- Strong grasp of Higher Education, K-12 and/or Public Sector priorities across ANZ, with commercial acumen and a track record of developing strategic growth.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management, and the ability to work across Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Marketing and Partners.
- Genuine passion for where education, technology, creativity and AI meet.
- Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required.
Why This Role Is Unique
You’ll work at the forefront of AI, creativity and education transformation — with some of the most innovative universities, schools and government organisations across ANZ. It’s a highly visible, region‑wide role that blends strategic account development, executive engagement, thought leadership and commercial growth, within a dedicated global Education organisation shaping the future of learning.
