Description

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop HR and WHS promotional information and circulate to internal stakeholders and apprentices, including the ETI monthly newsletter;
  • Minute relevant meetings;
  • Assist in developing HR and WHS reports
  • Assist with document and project audits;
  • Submit and assist with submission of invoices;
  • Work with in our HRIS system to complete administrative tasks like logins/profiles, personal detail updates, training records;
  • Document control including, revision and formatting to streamline templates;
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of manuals, policy and procedure updates, notices and instructions as required;
  • Participate in research and analysis;
  • Ensure relevant records/files are maintained to document accurate data and compliance requirements are met;
  • Assisting with any ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • All administrative tasks regarding internal employee training, including booking, catering, room set up, resource procurement/development, and other duties.
  • Be the first point of contact for the HR Inbox
  • Assist with preparation and support of the monthly staff meetings;
  • Recruitment support, including phone screens, interview scheduling, reference checks, police clearance, other duties;
  • Onboarding administration, including notifying payroll, IT, and the hiring manager;
  • Administering and tracking change of condition forms/letters;
  • Support with the induction process including managing the induction checklists.
  • Assisting with administrative injury management tasks such as booking/moving medical reviews if required
  • Communication with stakeholders, injury management cases, external parties.
  • Scheduling and organising of WHS activities and events.
  • Successful candidate will be requested to obtain a National Police Clearance.

  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • Record keeping and data input experience
  • Experience working to tight deadlines and timeframes
  • Maintenance of databases
  • Microsoft Office including excel and word processing
  • Experience in HR or WHS
