Air Conditioning Duct Designer / Order Coordinator

What you’ll be doing
This role is responsible for designing ducted systems using a dedicated designing software product, preparing plans and coordinating orders to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and draft ductwork systems using industry-standard software.
- Understand duct sizing and airflow requirements.
- Generate material take-offs and order.
- Coordinate ductwork orders with suppliers.
- Liaise with installation teams.
- Monitor timelines and assist with scheduling production requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
What you’ll bring
- Experience (will be trained) in duct design and/or order coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
