Your opportunity

  • Play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of IT services that support core business functions.
  • Configure and maintain job schedules using tools like Autosys.
  • Monitor job performance and respond to failures to meet SLAs.
  • Maintain documentation and runbooks for scheduling processes.
  • Support change management and implement scheduling updates.
  • Cross product support on Investment and Sales tooling for the region.
  • Collaborate cross technology on issue resolution and improving efficiency.
  • Participate in 24/7 support rota and ensure global coverage.

Must have skills

  • A proven track record of working within a global production support team
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues in complex IT environments
  • Willingness to drive improvement to process and technology that benefits our clients
  • Experience with enterprise scheduling tools and automation, preferably Autosys
  • Excellent planning and communication and documentation abilities
  • Experience with database management, SQL, and scripting languages
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity principles, and disaster recovery planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to other technology stakeholders
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest industry trends and IT advancements
  • Good organizational and planning skills, sets realistic targets and delivers to those targets

Nice to have skills

  • Understanding of financial services operations and regulatory requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Skills in dealing with business logic interfaces with either market data or front office applications
  • Experience with ETL tooling such as Informatica, scripting tools like PowerShell, scheduling, Control‑M, Tidal, Stonebranch MFT or similar
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices

  • Knowledge of financial markets, financial markets function and the impact of economic figures and national/regional/global events on markets
  • Understanding of issues relating to market abuse and anti‑money laundering

Annual Bonus Opportunity

Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on company, department, team and individual performance.
