We’re looking for a high-impact Production Duty Supervisor to take ownership of a fast-paced production area and lead a team to consistently deliver safe, efficient, high-quality output at scale.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will be on the floor, driving performance, solving problems in real time, and building a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Own
- Lead and develop frontline leaders and production teams across shifts
- Drive a Zero Harm safety culture with real accountability on the floor
- Own delivery of the production schedule with Planning and Operations
- Improve OEE, efficiency, yield, and cost performance
- Embed lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, GMP, and quality standards
- Lead incident response, investigations, and corrective actions
- Optimise labour planning, rostering, and workforce performance

About You
You are a hands‑on operational leader who is equally comfortable on the production floor as you are analysing performance data and driving improvement initiatives.
You Bring
- Strong FMCG or manufacturing leadership experience
- A track record of improving performance in fast‑paced environments
- Deep understanding of safety, quality, and production systems
- The ability to lead, influence, and hold teams accountable
- A continuous improvement mindset and bias for action
