The Role
We are currently seeking a HD Mechanic, with consideration given to LV Mechanics looking to upskill, to join our team at our Tom Price branch.
Please note: This position is residential and not offered on a FIFO basis.
Key Responsibilities
Apply your knowledge and training to carry out mechanical diagnostics, repairs and servicing for equipment breakdowns and field service
Support workshop operations during off-site periods
Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment
Ensure the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the workshop
Maintain compliance with Environmental and OS&H standards
Liaise with clients to ensure smooth and efficient operations
About You
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty equipment
Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs
Forklift and/or high-risk work licences (desirable)
Hands-on approach with sound computer skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
