Occupational Therapist - Adult Mental Health Caseload
We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, with a multi‑disciplinary team approach tailored to the needs and goals of our participants and their families.
We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our South Perth team, with a strong focus on adult psychosocial practice. In this role, you’ll support individuals with mental health challenges and complex needs to build independence, enhance wellbeing, and increase community participation through evidence‑based, recovery‑oriented interventions.
You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, with the opportunity to shape your caseload in line with your expertise and interests. While the primary focus is adult psychosocial, there is flexibility to incorporate other areas if desired.
Optional FIFO opportunities to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Port Hedland are available for those who enjoy travel, with travel and accommodation organised and supported by our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload aligned with your areas of interest.
- Conduct clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions.
- Develop individualized, evidence‑based therapy goals and interventions.
- Provide environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings.
- Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence.
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and NDIS guidelines.
- Collaborate within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive, client‑centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (we can tailor it together).
