Location: Nottingham, Birmingham, Peterborough & London

Salary: Competitive DOE + Benefits

Our clients, well-established and highly regarded law firms based in Nottingham, Birmingham, Peterborough & London, are seeking experienced and ambitious Family Solicitors to join their growing Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors passionate about delivering exceptional client service across a broad range of family law matters.

The successful candidates will manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of private family law, while working within a supportive and collaborative environment that offers future career growth within the firms.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedy proceedings
  • Cohabitation disputes
  • Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
  • Private children matters, including child arrangements and parental responsibility disputes
  • Domestic abuse and injunction applications
  • Adoption matters
  • Civil partnership disputes and dissolution
  • High-net-worth financial settlements
  • Mediation support and alternative dispute resolution
  • Advocacy where appropriate
  • Business development and networking activities

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales
  • Experience handling a broad range of family law matters
  • Strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
