About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Gold Coast team. Your mission will be to engage clients with exceptional service, helping to build the APM brand by fostering strong relationships with our in‑store clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients with exceptional service, building the APM brand by fostering strong relationships with in‑store clients.
- Manage store operations and visual merchandising independently.
- Perform duties on a 30‑hour weekly schedule, which may include nights, weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in luxury or fashion retail.
- Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM skills.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude.
- Approachable personality and customer‑service oriented.
