- Manage a small team of bookkeepers
- Build strong client relationships
- Provide management accounting/high level bookkeeping services to clients
- Manage workflow for the division
- Identify system and process improvement opportunities
- Manage compliance of the division
- Manage resourcing across the division
- Manage the KPI process across the team
- Work closely with management to provide regular updates and reports
About You
It is essential that you have experience working in either a public practice accounting or bookkeeping firm.
- Experience using Figured
- Experience using Xero
- A collaborative approach to your work
- Drive to achieve continued success
- A people‑focused and approachable manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks and enjoy variety in your working day
- Commitment to a long‑term future
- BAS Agent Registration
- Cert IV qualifications as minimum
