About the TTW 2027 Graduate Program

Who we are looking for
To be considered, applicants must hold full Australian working rights.
We’re seeking highly motivated, curious and passionate Graduate Engineers who want to work on meaningful, technically challenging and rewarding projects.

Some other key requirements include:
- You must be in your final year of study for 2026, enrolled in a tertiary engineering qualification from an Australian institution
- Possess no more than 12 months’ local experience in structural, civil, traffic or façade engineering
- Have a basic awareness of Australian engineering regulatory requirements
- Passionate about teamwork and collaboration and a willingness to learn quickly
