Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor on an 8/6 Roster to join our team, with a point of hire from Perth, WA. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the electrical work on-site, ensuring completion to the highest standard and in compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate must hold an S26 supervisor certificate to be considered for the role.
What you'll be doing
- Supervising and coordinating a team of electricians to complete electrical installations and maintenance tasks on site
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation
- Liaising with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and coordinate work schedules
- Providing technical guidance and support to the electrical team, and identifying training needs as required
- Monitoring work progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the electrical work
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of electrical processes and practices
What we're looking for
- Qualified electrician with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role
- Hold Section 26 (S26) qualification to be appointed as a supervisor
- Thorough knowledge of electrical standards, regulations and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
