Financial Accountant

Based in our Lytton HQ and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in streamlining our financial operations and providing high‑level visibility across our accounts as we continue our global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting & Month‑End – Support the month‑end close process, ensuring all general ledger postings, reconciliations and analysis are completed for both legal entities in a timely manner.
  • Balance Sheet Integrity – Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including inter‑company transactions, accruals and prepayments.
  • Compliance & Global Tax – Support the business in meeting all statutory requirements, prepare sales tax lodgements for Australia and global markets, and assist with year‑end compliance and tax planning.
  • Commercial Insights – Provide data‑led insights by spotting performance trends and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Systems & Automation – Hands‑on experience with ERP and e‑commerce platforms, continuously seeking ways to automate and improve processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting + CA/CPA qualification (or currently working towards it).
  • 2–3+ years of experience in financial accounting or professional services.
  • Experience with Excel and an ERP or accounting system.
  • Understanding of multi‑entity reporting and a desire to learn international tax and compliance.

Showroom Assistant – Casual

Based in Brisbane, you will assist customers with product selection, maintain store cleanliness, manage cash, and support in-store events.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, provide product information, and facilitate purchases.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
  • Balance the cash register at shift end.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organise inventory.
  • Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and store displays.
  • Participate in special events and extend hours on key dates.

Requirements

  • Professional communication style and previous retail experience.
  • Quick learner with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Availability Monday‑Saturday with flexibility for weekends.

Customer Care Representative – Casual

You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support across email, live chat, phone, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple systems and databases simultaneously.

  • Collaborate with operations and customer experience teams.
  • Engage with customers on the retail floor and online.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in back‑end customer service.
  • Touch‑typing speed ≥75 wpm with 90% accuracy.

Social Media Content Creating & Editing Internship

1 day per week for 100‑hour programme.

Key Tasks

  • Schedule and download content for TikTok.
  • Edit raw footage into TikTok videos.
  • Create on‑trend ideas and concepts.

Photoshoot & Styling Internship

1 day per week over 12 weeks. Cannot be remote.
