Account Manager (Social) – Sydney | Full-time
A fast-growing, social-first FMCG agency is looking for an Account Manager (Social) to lead client accounts end-to-end across some of Australia’s most recognisable food and drink brands.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll manage organic social, creators and paid campaigns, working closely with senior leadership in a high-trust, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning day-to-day client relationships and running social accounts end-to-end
- Managing content calendars, scheduling and community management
- Overseeing content creation and social-first storytelling
- Coordinating influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns
- Delivering paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Contributing to integrated social, PR and campaign ideas
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in a social or digital agency
- Strong instinct for TikTok and Instagram performance
- Confident managing multiple clients and moving at pace
- Excellent copy and caption writing skills
- Experience with scheduling tools, basic editing software and paid platforms
- Genuine interest in food, culture and trends
