- Provide concierge services to residents and visitors at a brand‑recent development
- Handle walk‑in queries and assist with key collections and lease handovers for new buildings
- Support feasibility research for upcoming developments
- Collaborate with internal teams across property management, leasing, and finance
- Be out and about, this is not a desk‑bound role

The Ideal Candidate
