ACM Healthcare is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to support residents in an aged care environment. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference and enjoys working as part of a supportive and caring team.
About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents with their daily living needs, ensuring they are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times.
Duties
- Personal care assistance including showering, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Working collaboratively with nursing and care teams
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support
- Previous experience working in an aged care environment preferred
- A caring, patient, and respectful approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and various shifts
- Med Comp desirable but not essential
