About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mandarin speaking personal care worker to join our growing care team servicing clients in Bundoora, Thomastown, Ivanhoe and West Melbourne.
Successful candidates can expect to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients/participants with daily living activities (including personal care)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independent living
- Providing transport and community access
- Provide domestic assistance as needed
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (required)
- Cert III or IV in Disability (required)
- Medication trained (desirable)
- Experience with complex care in disability
- Understanding of professional boundaries within the support work scope
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver Licence
