About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to expand our market presence across Victoria in the fire protection and protective coatings sectors. This role is perfect for a results-driven professional with a passion for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships targeting major projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting passive fire protection and protective coatings sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers in construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, industry events, and digital lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction from start to finish.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business development within fire protection, protective coatings, or related industries.
- Strong industry network with a proven track record of driving sales and expanding market presence.
- Solid knowledge of fire protection standards, coating specifications, and relevant regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
