Overview
Continuous Improvement Engineer – location: Bristol (On-site). Salary up to £60,000 + excellent benefits + up to 7.5% bonus. Company: BMR Solutions Ltd (Recruitment Partner).
Responsibilities
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma training across the business.
- Coach and mentor teams to embed continuous improvement culture.
- Lead cross‑functional improvement projects (waste reduction, efficiency, quality).
- Define and maintain Lean manufacturing standards.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem‑solving.
- Track and report on KPIs (productivity, cost, quality).
- Represent continuous improvement initiatives at group level.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (or equivalent).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
- Solid IT skills (MS Office).
- Experience with risk mitigation and project delivery.
