Home Care Worker (Permanent Part-Time)
We are seeking caring and reliable Home Care Workers to support aged care clients across North Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, including Alderley, Arana Hills, Everton Park, Ferny Hills, Keperra, McDowall, Mitchelton, Newmarket, Stafford Heights, The Gap and nearby areas.
This is rewarding, community-based work where you’ll help people remain independent, safe, and connected in their own homes.

About The Role
You will provide practical and personal support to clients in their homes, including:
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Personal care and support with daily routines
- Companionship and social support
- Transporting clients to appointments or activities (using your own vehicle)
- Assisting with errands and general day-to-day tasks
You will work independently in the community, with support available from your team when needed.
Location
Work across North Brisbane, including: Alderley, Arana Hills, Everton Park, Ferny Hills, Keperra, McDowall, Mitchelton, Newmarket, Stafford Heights, The Gap. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between nearby suburbs is essential.
About You
We are looking for people who are compassionate, reliable, and enjoy supporting others.
You Will Ideally Have
- A caring and respectful approach
- Ability to work independently
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or working toward it, or at least 3 months’ experience in support work, cleaning, or a related field
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Access to a registered and insured vehicle
- Australian working rights
Experience in domestic assistance or cleaning is highly regarded.
Requirements Prior To Commencement
- First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Blue Card
- National Criminal History Check (within 6 months)
