About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Personal Assistant to support an established, high‑performing agent in our Northcote office. This is an ideal entry point into residential sales, where you will work closely within a team, learn the end‑to‑end sales process, and build the foundations to progress into your own standalone sales role over time.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting an experienced Sales Consultant with day‑to‑day activities
  • Assisting with campaign management, marketing and listing preparation
  • Coordinating open consultations and buyer follow‑up
  • Managing databases and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers and internal teams
  • Providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth campaigns

Qualifications

  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Strong interest in building a career in real estate sales
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, driven and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
