About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Personal Assistant to support an established, high‑performing agent in our Northcote office. This is an ideal entry point into residential sales, where you will work closely within a team, learn the end‑to‑end sales process, and build the foundations to progress into your own standalone sales role over time.
Responsibilities
- Supporting an experienced Sales Consultant with day‑to‑day activities
- Assisting with campaign management, marketing and listing preparation
- Coordinating open consultations and buyer follow‑up
- Managing databases and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and internal teams
- Providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth campaigns
Qualifications
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Strong interest in building a career in real estate sales
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, driven and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
